Main reason? Dropped calls! They say they may recommend the handset if Apple comes up with a reasonable fix. “The ball is in Apple’s court to come up with a fix,” says Paul Reynolds, Consumer Reports‘ electronics editor. “When they do we’ll test (the phone) if we need to test it and then decide whether we will recommend the iPhone 4 or not.”
Apple sells a bumper that some say helps solve the signal loss problem with the iPhone 4.
