brad and carrie Carrie Underwood & Brad Paisley Return To Host CMAs!

[lastfm]Carrie Underwood[/lastfm] and [lastfm]Brad Paisley[/lastfm] will resume their spots at hosts of The 44th Annual CMA Awards, set to air live from Nashville November 10th on ABC. Marking their third year together as hosts, both Carrie and Brad say doing the gig once again is a no-brainer.

Paisley claims the CMA Awards are different from any other awards night. He explains, “You’re looking at a roomful of people who love each other. And any new viewer will be pleasantly surprised at what they relate to on the Awards and what they like that they had no idea they would like. For that reason alone, this is the most important night of the year for country music.” Underwood chimes in, “It’s all about country music. We all live here. This is our community. The CMA Awards are in Nashville, the home of country music. It’s great to come here and celebrate that every year.”

Brad has won 13 CMA Awards since his country music debut in 1999, and Carrie has racked up five CMA trophies including three consecutive Female Vocalist awards. The nominees for the coveted 2010 CMA Awards will be announced next week in New York City, live on ABC’s Good Morning America (Wednesday), and in Nashville (Tuesday) at the historical Ryman Auditorium.
