The [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]George Strait[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Rebe McEntire[/lastfm] tour was in Cleveland Friday night, the night before they stopped here in Detroit.  Not sure what [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Lee Ann Womack[/lastfm] did this time, but when she came off stage Friday night, the first thing she saw was the badge of a police officer!

Lee Ann was quite stunned Friday night in Cleveland while opening for Reba and George.  When she got off stage, there were two police officers waiting for her!

“All I saw was this giant badge, and my heart stopped,” Lee Ann tells People. “I swear, I was so scared. I had no idea what was going on.”

But she knew it was a prank when she saw one police officer was clad in a British bobby uniform and the other holding handcuffs was her tour manager. “Then I just doubled over laughing,” she says. “But they got me. They got me good!”

[photogallerylink id=62042 align=left]I guess [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Brad Paisley[/lastfm] is not the only one to pull off a good prank!

I think Lee Ann could use a good relaxing night after they pulled that.  Find out what her relaxing techniques are at AOL’s TheBoot.com!

I tried clicking on the “View Gallery” for the “Reba and George Strait Live” concert. But it does not work. Thanks

“Some solitary thinkin’ and lonesome drinkin’…”
    I love that song.

The police officer prank is old and lame by now. People should start coming up with something else.
