With the trade of [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Mike Fisher[/lastfm] from Ottawa to Nashville, a radio station in Nashville vowed to have a ban of all [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Carrie Underwood[/lastfm] music. While it was just a stunt for the station since they don’t even play country music, Mike Fisher, and Carrie fans, are not too happy.
While Mike played all of his career in Ottawa until the trade, he is not pleased with how one of the radio stations dealt with his trade to Nashville:
“I heard about it right away, and Carrie heard about it and she was extremely disappointed and frustrated,” Fisher told the Vancouver Sun. “I think they meant it as a joke that really wasn’t funny … obviously Carrie had nothing to do with the move or the trade or anything, so to imply something like that was just wrong.”
[photogallerylink id=51178 align=left]The radio station acted like Carrie was the main reason he was traded because she wanted him to live with her since they had separate houses with Mike playing in Ottawa. While Carrie did not request the trade, she sure seemed happy while at Mike’s Nashville debut. See it here!
