While getting ready for her up coming wedding, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Miranda Lambert[/lastfm] has been trying to kick it into high gear to get in the best shape as possible for the big day. She bas been trying quite a bit of different ways to get the hard work done, and she has been so kind to talk about what she has been doing.Vodpod videos no longer available.
She spoke exclusively with Health.com about her hard work and they asked some pretty good questions including about keeping up her amazing energy on stage.
Q: And how do you keep your energy up on stage?
A: I eat a lot of protein and eat pretty clean. Junk food drags you down. I try not to have anything less than two hours before I go on stage, because I don’t want to be up there all bloated. I basically have a grilled-chicken salad after the show, and that fills me up.
