I never thought a foreclosure story could be funny. I mean, it is pretty sad when people cannot pay the bank, and it can get pretty messy when the bank takes action. But this is what happens when people take action against the bank! According to Yahoo, Warren Nyerges and his wife, Maureen, paid cash for their for their Naples, Florida home. Everything went downhill in February of 2010 when Bank of America started the process of foreclosing against the couple, even though they never took out a mortgage. When the Nyerges’ hired an attorney, Bank of America dropped the matter. The issue that came up is the family racked up over $2,000 in attorney fees that they wanted Bank of America to pay. After they never got any response, they took the Bank to court, which the judge insisted that the Bank pay the fees. After trying to contact the Bank to work this out, and with no response, they decided to take action.Vodpod videos no longer available. Read more about what happened, at Yahoo.com
