It’s pretty obvious just looking at this picture, that Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge was very sincere, as she hugged this little girl with terminal cancer in Canada last week. A simple ‘hug’ can leave both the giver and receiver both feeling better! Earlier this year, Lauree Ostrofsky decided to embark on a tour to teach people to “hug like they mean it.” What did she hope to accomplish?” Lauree started her tour/project  in April in Washington, D.C. with the intent of emphasizing the importance of showing appreciation for one another. She said that the tour has changed her life.

How often do you get a “real” hug and who is it from? How does it make you feel?
