Almost ten years after the September 11th terrorist attack, a woman is coming forward to claim that actress Gwyneth Paltrow saved her life.
Lara Lundstrom Clarke tells The Morton Report that she was rushing to get to work at the World Trade Center on September 11th, when she crossed in the middle of the street to get to the subway. As she crossed, a Mercedes SUV almost hit her, causing both Clarke and the car to stop in its tracks. The driver, who turned out to be Gwyneth, waved the woman across the street, but because she was momentarily delayed, Clarke missed her train and was late to work. By the time she got there the first plane had already hit the building. Four people in her office died that day. A rep for Gwyneth confirmed the incident, adding that Paltrow was “deeply moved” by the story.
