When my kids were growing up in the ’80s, I can remember standing in lines for hours to have a chance to shell out some cash for the newest and coolest toys on the market.  Well, I guess we should have saved them, because I could be sitting on a gold mine!  The collection value of toys from the ’80s is higher than ever, but do you have anything that is worth selling?

According to Good Morning America, there are three major steps to making sure that your toys are worth the big bucks.  First, make sure to keep it in the package.  While your kids may hate you because they would rather play with them, it is the first step towards toy gold.  Secondly, keep it in pristine condition if you don’t keep it in the package.  And lastly, don’t buy off brand toys.  Vodpod videos no longer available.
