The 2011 Grammy Nominations concert aired last night on CBS, and country is well represented again this year.  [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Jason Aldean[/lastfm] is up for three, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Taylor Swift[/lastfm] too; both will go head to head in the Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Album categories.

Additionally, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Blake Shelton[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Kenny Chesney[/lastfm] are each up for two big awards.  Plus, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]The Band Perry[/lastfm] could walk away with the Best New Artist Grammy.

    “Honey Bee” isn’t one of Blake’s better songs IMO. I don’t know why that one in particular is nominated.

    I really wish The Civil Wars “Barton Hollow” wins because they certainly deserve it. They have such a unique sound and their voices are AMAZING together! Love them a lot.
