Everyone makes it seem like losing weight is hard.  It shouldn’t be.  It’s not like all the weight was put on over night, so we should know that it won’t come off over night.  With a few diet changes and at least a little exercise, weight will just melt off.  Even a professional athlete uses those changes to lose weight.
