Taylor Swift will get presented with this year’s The Big Help Award by First Lady Michelle Obama, who will make her first-ever appearance at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards. Taylor will receive the honor in recognition of her extensive philanthropic endeavors, including her work with tornado and flood survivors in the United States. Also, Taylor Swift is the only artist nominated for the Academy of Country Music’s Entertainer of the Year honor this weekend that had a cat online generating votes for her. As Taylor explains to Dial-Global’s Country Countdown USA, her Scottish fold cat Meredith helped mommy get the word out to fans about ACM voting.
This year’s Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards will be hosted by Will Smith live on Nickelodeon this Saturday night, March 31, at 8 PM, ET, from USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles.
