Over the past 2 years, my weight has fluctuated within a 20 pound frame.  But over the past 6 months, I have really stuck to my diet and my “no alcohol” policy.  While it works well for me, that doesn’t mean its the only thing you can do to help with the battle of the bulge.  You’d be surprised to learn exercise isn’t the best think you can do for yourself!  And there are a few things that you wouldn’t think of that actually do help!

Sometimes exercise is not the only answer to help with weight loss.  Actually, too much exercise or exercising too hard can do you harm in your weight loss goals.  But don’t forget, it is needed to help you lose weight.  Something that hurts a lot of people though are yo-yo diets.  I tried all the different diets out there, and while many of them work, it’s all about a “life style” change.  As long as you can be in it for the long hall, things should work out.  Here are a few tips that can work for everyone, and they are not just diet related!
