I learned the hard way about ‘un-friending’ someone on Facebook! I thought if I ‘un-friended’ someone whose daily status updates I no longer wanted to see, that they would not even know I did it! But boy did I hear about it, and this person took it VERY personal too. I did not mean to hurt their feelings, I was just sick of seeing the crap they were posting. There are other people who I still like, but they post stuff that I personally do not agree with, and stuff I find offensive. So how cool, that there is a better alternative to ‘un-friending’ someone. You can do like I do now, and ‘un-subscribe’ to people who post stuff that you don’t like, or are not interested in!

This is a great alternative and nobody’s feelings get hurt either. You can simply ‘un-subscribe’ people on Facebook whom you are ‘friends with’ and they will never know that you just don’t like the stuff they post! I get sick of seeing all ‘political crap’ which I am SO NOT interested in, or ‘buzzkilling & depressing’ posts all the time. I like the idea of pruning out the stuff I do not like, without hurting anyone’s feelings!

Do you say something to people who post stuff you do not like, or simply ‘un-subscribe’ to their posts?
