At some point in everyone’s life, they start looking for the fountain of youth.  No one wants to look old.  Even though everyone does it, that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing.  A lot of times, the younger you look, you feel younger as well.  And the younger and better you feel, you give that vibe off to everyone around you.  But this chain reaction isn’t always easy to achieve.  While I haven’t tried it yet, experts have found a few foods that can actually slow down the aging process.  But do they really work?

Maybe you can put this to the test along with me.  Experts have come across a handful of foods that are supposed to slow down the aging process.  Julieanna Hever is a dietitian that is a plant-based dietitian.  While it might sound scary to hear something that is “plant-based,” but her ideas seem pretty good.  She has done a TON of research, and while this is not for everyone, I think some of her ideas can be used by ANYONE!
