I don’t know what it is about summer, but it brings out the cook in me.  I really don’t cook many things, but since I got married recently, I’ve been trying to impress her.  I may or may not have lied to her when we first met telling her I was an amazing cook.  Since I needed some help to back that statement up, instead of hiring out a chef for cooking lessons, I actually turned to Fabio with Yahoo’s internet cooking show, Chow Ciao.  Not only is a quick segment on the internet, but Fabio makes it fun and “sexy” to cook.

I don’t know why it has always been tough for me to learn to cook.  Maybe it was just because I felt preoccupied with other things.  But Fabio is just so fun, and the show online is really short, so it helps me focus on what I need and exactly how to do it.  See how fun Fabio is:

This weekend, I am trying out Fabio’s baked stuffed tomatoes.  I am usually not a HUGE tomato fan, but I thought the stuffing in the recipe looked amazing, so I thought it was worth a shot.  Watch the video, try the recipe, and tell me how amazing Fabio is!  Check out the video for the tomatoes, here!
