With tons of caffeinated drinks out, more and more people are taking in the stimulant to stay up longer, wake up quicker, and get a rush.  But more and more people are now being told they are taking in TOO much caffeine.  After recent studies, experts have pointed out how much is too much, and what drinks are the WORST for you!

According to the Mayo Clinic and Yahoo, 200 to 300 mg per day of caffeine is considered an OK amount.  But there are tons of drinks out there that pack enough caffeine, that when you have three or four of them, you have exceeded the limit!  And according to doctors, even just a bit more caffeine than that amount can be harmful to you.

“Some research has linked high doses of coffee to infertility and increased risk of hip fractures in older women,” Keri M. Gans, MS, RD, CDN told Prevention magazine. “If you stop drinking coffee abruptly, you may experience irritability, fatigue, headaches, and even depression.”
