I’ve seen people dancing alone in the street and just assumed they were on drugs, but it just may be the new fitness craze. It’s pretty simple. You dance while you walk down the street. People may think you’re crazy or on drugs, especially if you’re alone, but if this new form of fitness really catches on you might just find you and all your friends dancing in the street.
I’ll admit you won’t see me doing this in downtown Detroit unless the cameras are rolling and I’m with a bunch of people just like Ben Aaron does in this video below. Check it out and let me know if you’d partake in the new “Dance Walk Fitness” craze.
