When you are growing up, there were a ton of things you did, or used on a daily basis that you probably took for granted. Well, one of these days, when your kids are old enough, you might have some explaining to do. Here are a few things that you will have to explain to your kid, for one reason or another.
According to BuzzFeed.com, there are 25 things that you will need to explain to your kids one day. The first thing they show is a corded house phone. If you are just having kids, they will probably NEVER see a corded phone. Another thing they show is a floppy disc. I don’t think teenager know what they are right now even. Here is a list of 7 things from Buzz Feed that I thought were pretty funny:
#1.) Smoking and non-smoking sections in restaurants.
#2.) Why we used to buy maps, and how they were so hard to re-fold.
#3.) Taking a photo and not getting to see how it came out instantly.
#4.) Dialing star-69.
#5.) Taping a song off the radio so you could hear it whenever you want.
#6.) How the only way to get song lyrics was to hope the band or artist printed them inside the tape or CD liner notes.
#7.) How you used to have your friends’ phone numbers MEMORIZED . . . and why you used to have to talk to their parents sometimes when you called them.
