If you need a quick boost to your mood, look at old photographs of yourself on Facebook. That’s apparently as soothing as a walk in the park! A new study found we typically post positive pictures and status updates on Facebook so looking back over these snapshots and wall posts when upset or depressed reminds us of happier times. Especially if the pictures were before you put on 10 pounds…LOL!

This probably is not the best advice for the ‘Debby Downers’ who constantly post depressing status updates and negative stuff. But most of us do post happy pictures, from vacations, parties and good times with friends!

And there are some pictures that just make you smile, even if you are in a bad mood! My niece Jessee is the mother if 2 little ones, Gage and Kylie,  and they are so freakin’ adorable! I love seeing all the new pics that she posts pics of them on a regular basis.  I actually go to her page to see if I missed any photo’s, because they ALWAYS make me smile!
