Hunter Hayes has teamed up with ConAgra Foods and P&G to help raise awareness of the issue of child hunger in the U.S. Customers who purchase specially-marked ConAgra and P&G products can enter an eight-digit code found on the package at Child Hunger Ends Here’s website or Facebook page and the two companies will donate the cash equivalent of one meal to Feeding America, a domestic hunger-relief organization. For his part, Hunter is also offering up a donation to the organization for each iTunes download of his current single “Invisible.”

Hunter told Billboard that this particular song was fitting for the campaign saying, “The song is about a lot of many things, and to me, it’s about shedding light on things, and looking at something in a positive way. To me, this particular campaign is something that I want to draw attention to and speak about. It’s something you wouldn’t really believe. It’s hard to imagine, but it’s a serious issue. That’s one of the ideas we had to start a conversation about it, and get people talking about it.”

Child Hunger Ends Here will also help sponsor Hunter’s upcoming Invisible tour featuring Danielle Bradbery and Dan + Shay. The tour kicks off in Pikeville, Kentucky on March 20th.
