Are you ready to “Roll”? Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line certainly are. They announced they are embarking on a summer tour named after their current radio hit “This Is How We Roll.”
The summer trek begins May 30 in Springdale, Ark., and the current set of This Is How We Roll Tour dates run through the South and Midwest and include stops in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Asheville, N.C. (see cities and dates on Radio.com). Along for the ride are Nelly (with whom the duo had a big hit last year, a remixed version of FGL’s “Cruise”) and Chris Lane.
This only adds to an already busy year for Florida Georgia Line. Not only are they working yet another single from their hit debut album This Is How We Roll, they’re hosting the annual Fan Jam at the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards on April 6. And they’re also touring the country with Jason Aldean on his massive Burn It Down Tour, which kicks off May 1.
Florida Georgia Line also received four nominations at this year’s ACM Awards, including Vocal Duo of the Year, Album of the Year, Single of the Year (for “Cruise”) and Vocal Event of the Year for their remix of “Cruise” featuring Nelly.
