Calling all veterans! The students at John Glenn High School in Westland are hosting a Korean War Dance, to honor those who served in America’s ‘Forgotten War,’ and are inviting ALL veterans to come and enjoy a free night of dancing and fun on Wednesday April 16th, from 7-10 pm at JGHS!

VeteransPut on your dancing shoes and come join us next Wednesday from 7-10pm at this free event that is open to the public.

This will be a memorable night, as the dedicated students at JGHS wrap up their Korean War Oral History Project with a celebration honoring all veterans, but especially those who served on the Korean War, often referred to as the “Forgotten War.”

These vets have not been forgotten at all, and we will proudly honor them at this special event, hosted by WYCD’s Linda Lee, who is married to an US Army veteran, and is also the daughter-in-law of a WW2 veteran!

“I look forward to meeting you next Wednesday and THANK YOU for your service to our country!” ~Linda Lee
