Taylor Swift officially took the “nicest person of 2014” award this weekend. Taylor paid a visit to Jordan Nickerson,  a 6-year-old who has Williams Syndrome and is now battling leukemia at Boston Children’s Hospital.

She offered Jordan to play any song he wanted and found out that he was visited by Spiderman the day before. Swift played Jordan “We Are Never Getting Back Together,” which you can see above. It took a couple verses of the song to get going, but around the 5:05 mark he starts singing at the top of his lungs.

It wasn’t all just singing Taylor did. She played air hockey with Jordan, calling him “polite and competitive.”

Jordan is currently undergoing chemotherapy and you can send him well wishes on his Facebook page.
