Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are helping the Academy of Country Music help others.  The pair are slated to co-host “One Night, Two Cities, All Music,” the inaugural fundraising gala for the charity ACM Lifting Lives.

The April 17th event will feature performances from Lady Antebellum and Hunter Hayes at the Omni Dallas Hotel, this while Keith Urban and Little Big Town are entertaining attendees at the Forth Worth Zoo.

Garth and Trisha will shuttle back and forth, making appearances at both locations.  In addition to the music, the event will include a cocktail reception, dinner, and live auction.  Money raised will go to local charities and to Garth’s Teammates for Kids organization.

One Night, Two Cities, All Music” is being staged in conjunction with the 50th annual ACM Awards.  The ceremony will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and air on CBS on April 19th.
