Keith Urban credits his father with pushing him to move to Nashville.

Keith was a guest on “Ellen” yesterday, and he opened up for the first time since his dad’s death in December.

Urban, as you may know, has talked about his fathers influence before. Specifically on the the track “Song For Dad”. He also went on to mention that his family’s record collection over in Australia was all America country music!

So that really made a move to Nashville feel like destiny.

As you may know. Keith’s RipCORD Tour kicks off on June 2.

He’ll be at DTE on June 23rd!

Names on the tour also include: Bret Eldredge and Maren Morris.
