Get ready for a full dose of America. Steven Tyler released the second single from his upcoming country album today (Jan. 22). “Red, White & You” is a heady take on a big country anthem, praising love, American girls and the good ol’ U.S of A.

Unlike his previous song “Love is Your Name,” which incorporates subtle Nashville influences alongside Tyler’s own musical identity, “Red, White & You” goes full mainstream country.

Referencing sweet potato pie, roller coasters and good ol’ boys, Tyler’s swaggering song combines his trademark vocals with big drums and lush guitar to deliver a nuanced take on twang.

“Bang bang baby/ Like the fourth of July/ A lightning strike in the midnight sky/ Don’t give a damn about the summertime blues/ All I need is red, white and you,” Tyler sings on the chorus. It’s a nice touch of warm weather to get listeners through the colder months.

No word yet on when Tyler will release his new album.
