The Country Radio Seminar 2016 opening ceremonies took place in Nashville on Monday afternoon (Feb. 8) – kicked off by a performance of the National Anthem by Ten Man Jam artist William Michael Morgan.

A number of honors were distributed, including three Rusty Walker Scholarship winners, the 2016 Artist Humanitarian Award (Keith Urban) and the acknowledgment of the Country Radio Hall of Fame 2016 class.

WYCD’s own station manager Tim Roberts is one of nine individuals who will be inducted during a ceremony in Nashville this June, and was one of five inductees on hand to receive an acknowledgment.

Luke Bryan was present to announce each inductee, and did so somewhat nervously for someone who performs at sold out stadiums.

Luke and Tim were also spotted sharing a couple stogies during Super Bowl 50 on Sunday.
