Willy Wonka would never let this happen!

20 year old London native, Saima Ahmad,  is suing Nestle for a lifetime supply of Kit-Kat Bars. After she recently purchased a multi-pack (8 bars) that contained no wafers. Just pure chocolate.

While most of us would have taken to Twitter of Facebook to voice our dissatisfaction. Saima, who has a little bit of a legal background, took the time to write a letter to the company.

Personally, I wouldn’t mind this snafu…

However, in her complaint, Saima articulately states that the company “clearly doesn’t care for their customers…” and that the loss she suffered has been of great “monetary and emotional significance.” She also went on to joke “If I wanted to purchase a confectionery item that is purely chocolate, I would have purchased a Galaxy Bar.”

But perhaps her best line of the whole thing was “I would like to request a life-long suppy of Kit Kat so that I can act as a means of quality control – it appears you need me more than I need you.”

And to think she was just doing this for personal gain…

Nestle has yet to respond to Ahmad. But whichever way this turns out.

You have to applaud Saima… And give her an A for effort!
