Garth Brooks LOVES his fans! While on the road in Fargo, North Dakota, Garth Brooks left one young fan and his mama with a priceless memory.

On Thursday, May 5, before his big show at the Fargodome, Garth and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, stopped by the Roger Maris Cancer center to meet 8-year-old John Freer and his mother, Carey. Little John who suffers from reoccurring neuroblastoma cancer, is a huge fan of the legendary singer. John and his mom were given tickets from the Ronald McDonald House to see Garth in concert, but the country singer wanted to make their day even better by stopping by to surprise him.

Garth gave John a t-shirt and upgraded their tickets! He also gave his mom, Carey a mother’s day gift set. I’m sure a day they will both never forget!

Up next Garth and Trisha head to Grand Rapids to perform six shows at Van Andel Areana May 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th. Tickets still available!
