Everybody’s favorite bro country duo, Florida Georgia Line, covered “Everybody” from everybody’s favorite (well, one of them) boy band, Backstreet Boys. As we have come to expect from the explosive group, they killed it.
Speaking to a Rapid City, South Dakota audience, Brian Kelley introduced the track by admitting that Backstreet Boys was his first concert. And his band mate, Tyler Hubbard, added that the first CD he ever bought was Backstreet Boys.
“So you’re telling me that you definitely know a couple songs, right?” Kelley joked.
“I love the Backstreet Boys. Sometimes I think that we are the Backstreet Boys,” replied Hubbard, before they two paused and busted into the classic track.
Other songs Florida Georgia Line have played in their medley at recent shows include Toby Keith’s “Wish I Was a Cowboy,” Papa Roach’s “Last Resort,” Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It” and House of Pain’s “Jump Around.”
