This is awesome! If you watch a particular show or two on Netflix and wondered if your binge watching partner was truly waiting for you to watch the next episode, we now have a solution! You will no longer be the victim of binge cheating.

The U.K. ice cream brand Cornetto is hoping to solve the issue with “commitment rings,” wearable tech that features near-field communication (NFC) that links the rings to streaming services like Netflix, Amazon or Hulu for six months. The company is still working out the kinks and negotiating with streaming services. I absolutely see this being developed.

Here’s the challenge I would have. I already know my husband, Donny, jumps ahead of me and would NEVER wear this. Our schedules are too busy so we can’t always be together to watch our favorite shows. I know some couples/friends take this ‘Netflix infidelity’ really serious. So what do you think of this ‘commitment ring’ solution? Is it something you would make your partner wear? CLICK HERE to get more details on these future rings.
