Yesterday we told you The Band Perry canceled their concert in Delaware this weekend after two men made threats against the venue where they were to play and now one of those men has been arrested.

After local media released photos of the two suspects, Dzmitry N. Papou turned himself into police, and was charged with the felony count of terroristic threatening, and released on $20,000 bail.

Papou and his accomplice reportedly made “alarming statements” to an employee at the Americana Bayside Welcome Center’s front desk, although police have not revealed exactly what they said. The second man has reportedly been identified, but he has yet to be arrested.

The Band Perry’s show has been rescheduled for August 17th.
