Kellogg Co. is recalling about 10,000 cases of its Eggo Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles in 25 states because they’re possibly contaminated with the bacteria, listeria. No other Eggo products were affected

The good news? Kellogg discovered the potential illness through routine testing. The bad news? Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

The recalled waffles are available in 10-count packs with “Used by” dates of Nov. 21, 2017 and Nov. 22, 2017. If you have a questionable package, you’re encouraged to throw it away and contact the company for a full refund by calling 800-962-1413. You can also CLICK HERE for more details.
