Luke Bryan wants fans to know that his butt is off limits. During an appearance on Ellen Degeneres’ talk show, the singer, who turned 40 this year, reveals that he’s had to institute a “no touching” policy at his meet and greets, although he admits, “It still happens – we’ve learned to understand it.”

Luke says that when he was first starting out he didn’t like to say no to fans, like if they asked for a kiss on the cheek, but somewhere down the line things got out of hand. “Someone will go, ‘Can I grab your butt?’ … and back then if it was a polite ask, we would oblige them,” he says, adding, “But then you got 90 others…”

Luke says he doesn’t know if the same thing happens to other country stars, but joked, “I’ll run it by Blake (Shelton), see what he says.”

Ellen also had Luke participate in a game she referred to as “Oops, My Water Broke,” which left Luke completely drenched. Be honest: have you ever seen anyone look so good being hit by water balloons?
