Taylor Swift is fighting to keep some photos, as well as court testimony, out of the public eye. In case you missed it, lawyers for the singer filed a motion in Denver U.S. District Court requesting that certain photos and testimony submitted in the lawsuit brought by a Colorado be DJ be sealed.

Former DJ David “Jackson” Mueller sued Swift back in September 2015, claiming he was fired from his job after she accused him of groping her backstage at a concert. Taylor later countersued, claiming she was assaulted by the DJ.

Taylor’s lawyers are claiming her privacy outweighs the public interest in the case, and also suggests that by releasing the photos, some of which may prove she was groped, may taint a potential jury pool.

Back in July, a judge already “placed limitations” on video of Swift’s deposition in the case, and now the new motion wants to further limit what gets out to the public.
