Maren Morris has taken a stand against guys who ask for autographs only to turn around and try and make a profit from them. The singer shared on Twitter that she had signed a pick guard for some guy, who then tried to sell it on eBay for $100, and the singer’s guitarist challenged him by bidding only $5 for the item.

As you can imagine, that didn’t sit well with the seller, who noted “this isn’t a charity,” to which the guitarist responded, “neither is Maren Morris.”

Maren though wants fans to know she isn’t against signing autographs, it’s just the ones who try to make money off it. “I will gladly take pictures and sign autographs,” she tweeted. “but it blows when people just use it for profit and they aren’t even fans.”
