In a live press conference from Little Caesars Arena on Jan. 19, Kid Rock personally announced he’ll open the new downtown Detroit venue with four concerts this September.

The Detroit native will perform Sept. 12, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20 at Little Caesars Arena. Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. (Tickets for the Sept. 19 and 20 shows go on sale Thursday Feb. 2.)

However, you can beat the box office all day Thursday, Jan. 26, with 99.5 WYCD, as we’ll be giving away tickets to all four shows every hour from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Tickets ($20, $35, $55 and $75) and can be purchased at,, or service-fee free at the Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices, or Hockeytown Authentics in Troy. To charge by phone, call (800) 745-3000.
