We can't stop laughing.

Glancing at Tim Roberts, the boss here at WYCD, you might think he's a big, tough guy.

That's why it was so surprising when he took great pains to break down last night's episode of The Bachelorette on his Facebook page, in a hilarious way.

Here's Tim's dating lesson #432 that he learned from watching the Bachelorette tonight:

1. If at all possible, drive your luxurious Lexus to the airport because unbeknownst to your date, you are actually a badass pilot. This tactic works every time! If you don't believe me, watch the movie "Top Gun" where the badass pilot gets the hot teacher.
2. If you are not lucky enough to be a pilot, or if no badass plane is available, or even a Lexus, then of course, be a great singer/songwriter. Take your date immediately to a recording studio and make music then love.
3. When they meet the fam, be ready for mama to not approve.
4. Be also ready for dad to make dad jokes.
5. After all that, you may possibly get a second date even if you don't want one.

We can't stop laughing.

Monday's episode showed Bachelorette Hannah Brown, meeting the families of her four finalists: Jed Wyatt, Luke Parker, Peter Weber and Tyler Cameron.

Peter pulled the super cool pilot move, and Hannah and Tyler's goodbye saw her straddling him in his black SUV and making out like the world wasn't watching.
